PT Utama Padma Qualiti was established in 2003 under the branding Succes Center Indonesia (SCI), focusing on educational event organizing, in-house training, and workshops. In carrying out its activities, it also established partnerships with Succes Regional Indonesia (Jakarta). At that time, the events organized were mainly about motivation and NLP, according to market demand and successfully helping thousands of clients both companies and individuals.
In line with the times and to serve a wider range of clients, Succes Center Indonesia transformed into PT. Utama Padma Qualiti with the branding UPQuality. The transformation process was based on Notary Deed Ummu Imama, SH Number 1 dated September 5, 2016, and ratified by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights on September 9, 2016 with ratification number AHU-0040192.AH.01.01.2016 and also SIUP No 510/610/438.5.15/2018 (P3) and TDP No 13.17.1.70.08205 (P3). PT. Utama Padma Qualiti has now become one of the companies engaged in training and consulting with a number of Indonesian Standard Industrial Classifications supporting the business process of PT. Utama Padma Qualiti.

2018 - Legalization
